Bongttang is a brand that has been growing diligently with its employees since opening in June 2021. The characteristic of Bongttang donuts is that, unlike other donut brands, the sugar content is significantly lower, and the donuts are faithful to the basic taste rather than extravagant in appearance. In order to be faithful to the original taste, they often use the levain method and pay more attention to kneading and aging. As a brand, we break away from the existing pretzel stereotype of Korean donuts, breaking the existing mold, presenting a new direction and interpreting them in a trendy way. Up to 20 products are available for various age groups, and we continue to develop seasonal menus and menus in-house. It's under development.

“Stick to the basics”
Bongttang's pretzel dough is a pretzel-shaped donut made using the natural sourdough (levain, jongjong) method rather than regular glutinous rice. We operate in compliance with the principle of same-day production and same-day disposal, and we strive to ensure that everyone who visits various branches of Bongttang can experience uniform taste and quality. Despite its flashy appearance, we pay attention to both visual and taste aspects by adding a variety of light-hearted toppings to keep up with the market change toward a healthy lifestyle by reducing sugar.

Original Design
“Faithful to the concept”
Bongttang's package design boxes, which can bring out the atmosphere of the store and the style of the pretzel, are made in collaboration with package designers each season to make them pleasing to the eye and to satisfy both the gift giver and the recipient.
